An Earring Problem
Eek, where'd my earring go?
Somewhere between the Northwest suburbs and downtown Chicago this morning, I lost one of my earrings. I didn’t notice until just before the News at Noon. For some reason, I had just one spare pair in my locker and they were too bohemian for the argyle sweater I wore today.
I just went without. But my Fox Chicago colleagues were happy to weigh-in on my dilemma:
Hi Nancy,
You either have to go with two earrings or none at all. You cannot do the Johnny Depp thing… you are to sophisticated to be compared to his character.
Doing one earring would be distrating to the viewer… you want them to hear what you have to say. Besides, you are great the way you are… you don’t need frosting!

Ever thought of wearing a nose earring? That should solve your one earring dilemma. Of course that also depends on how big the earring is. But then again, you can make some sort of flavor flave statement….LOL!
Nancy…..you looked just fine without your earrings. You smile will always make up for it. I did not notice it at all.
